There are many tables in a restaurant. While there is no shortage of tables, not all are the same. We invite you to pull up a chair to our weird, wild, and wonderful table to take a look at culture through the lens of food. Why? Because food is squarely in the center of most people’s Venn Diagram of Favorite Things in Culture. However, we're not here to be precious about food. Instead of offering you pretty, soft overhead shots of food with recipes, we're giving you a seat at the table with a chef to discuss the who, what, when, where, and why of it all. We're providing you with the soup to nuts, the lowbrow and the highbrow, the french fries to foie gras. We're about the unexpected place on the corner and the person who cooks there. We're about the two sisters who launched an esoteric home line and why they did it.

Eating food isn’t just about taste. Therefore, we'll be delivering the sights, sounds, smells, and touch of it all. We aim to bring a fresh perspective to the food scene because we're not just 'foodies.' Neither of us comes from a lineage of food editors - Maeve hails from the fashion/travel sphere, and Meghan is a photographer from the home world. We're leaving any preconceived notions about what a food magazine should be at the door and creating something new.We discard preconceived notions about what a food magazine should be, crafting something entirely new. At the end of the day, we're not just curators; we are two women deeply passionate about food and the stories it tells.
